Reworn is a wardrobe app that helps you wear more of the clothes you already own. This policy explains what the Reworn iPhone and Android apps collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to webyatech@gmail.com.
Your email address, and the first name you enter. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email address that service shares with us. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we only see the relay address.
The pieces you add (name, category, colour, material, style and similar details), the photos you take or choose, the outfits you save or plan, the days you log as worn, your wishlist and planned shopping days, and your app settings such as reminder time and wallpaper.
If you allow it, the app reads your approximate location while it's open to show local weather. It rounds your position to about 1 km and sends it to Open-Meteo to fetch the forecast. Your location is not stored on our servers or linked to your account.
We count how many times you use AI tagging each day so we can apply free-use limits. We store the count and date, not what you asked.
No advertising identifiers, no contacts, no browsing history, no third-party analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. Reminder notifications are scheduled on your phone; we don't use push tokens.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
We use a small number of service providers. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
| Provider | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Accounts, database and photo storage | Your account and wardrobe data, stored in a private bucket only your account can read |
| Anthropic | AI features: tagging clothing photos, the stylist chat, fit check | The photo of the piece you're adding; your stylist messages with your wardrobe list; for fit check, your measurements and the photos you choose. Only sent when you use that feature. Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models. |
| Open-Meteo | Local weather | Rounded coordinates, with no account details |
| Apple, Google | Optional sign-in | Handled under their own privacy policies |
| Expo | Delivering app updates | Standard technical details such as app version and platform |
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. To delete everything, open Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account, every wardrobe entry and every photo you uploaded. It can't be undone.
You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days.
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules mean each account can only read and write its own rows and photos, and photos are served through short-lived private links.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or CCPA in California), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent such as location or photo access at any time in your phone's settings. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Reworn isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also tell you in the app.
